We look after our guests just as well as we look after our animals and plants. We want to make sure you have everything you need, so you can enjoy a truly wonderful holiday with us. Here you’ll find everything you need to know, and if anything is missing or you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to get in touch.

  • Prices
    The prices shown are per night and apply to a minimum stay of 3 nights. A 20% surcharge applies to shorter stays. The price includes accommodation, bed linen, heating, water, electricity and final cleaning.

  • Local tax
    The prices shown are exclusive of the €3.00 local tourist tax per person per night (from the age of 14).

  • Discount for children
    Children under 2 go free
    Ages 3–9: €10
    Ages 10–18: €20

  • Deposit
    When making a reservation, we kindly ask for a 30% deposit of the total accommodation price. The deposit can be paid by bank transfer. The remaining balance can be paid in cash on site or by bank transfer before arrival. We accept cash, bank transfers and cheques.

  • Booking confirmation
    Please note: Your booking becomes binding once the deposit has been paid and we have sent you the booking confirmation. The deposit is non-refundable in the event of cancellation.

  • Cancellation
    The reservation can be cancelled free of charge up to 14 days before the day of arrival. Only the deposit will be retained. In the event of an early departure, the full cost of the booked stay will be charged. Please let us know as soon as possible if you are unable to take your holiday as planned.
    We strongly recommend taking out Roter Hahn travel cancellation insurance as soon as you have booked your stay. This means that cancellation fees are covered, allowing you to look forward to your holiday with complete peace of mind.

  • Check-in: The apartments are available from 3.30 pm (or by arrangement)
    Check-out: We would ask you to vacate the apartment by 9.00 am on the day of your departure..

  • Pets: Unfortunately, pets are not permitted here. We thank you for your understanding.

By the way:

Depending on the season, you can purchase a selection of our own farm produce from us, including fresh milk, eggs, potatoes, cereals and flour made from wheat, spelt and rye, fresh herbs from the garden, as well as homemade fruit spreads and syrups. Available for an additional charge.

South Tyrol Guest Pass

Travelling through South Tyrol for free

As a guest at Schopferhof, you’ll receive the South Tyrol Guest Pass free of charge for the duration of your stay. This allows you to use most of public transport throughout South Tyrol free of charge.

We’ll send you the Guest Pass as a PDF before you arrive. It is valid for the entire duration of your stay – from 00:00 on the day of arrival until 00:00 on the day of departure.
