Prices
The prices shown are per night and apply to a minimum stay of 3 nights. A 20% surcharge applies to shorter stays. The price includes accommodation, bed linen, heating, water, electricity and final cleaning. -
Local tax
The prices shown are exclusive of the €3.00 local tourist tax per person per night (from the age of 14). -

Deposit
When making a reservation, we kindly ask for a 30% deposit of the total accommodation price. The deposit can be paid by bank transfer. The remaining balance can be paid in cash on site or by bank transfer before arrival. We accept cash, bank transfers and cheques. -

Booking confirmation
Please note: Your booking becomes binding once the deposit has been paid and we have sent you the booking confirmation. The deposit is non-refundable in the event of cancellation. -
Cancellation
The reservation can be cancelled free of charge up to 14 days before the day of arrival. Only the deposit will be retained. In the event of an early departure, the full cost of the booked stay will be charged. Please let us know as soon as possible if you are unable to take your holiday as planned.
We strongly recommend taking out Roter Hahn travel cancellation insurance as soon as you have booked your stay. This means that cancellation fees are covered, allowing you to look forward to your holiday with complete peace of mind.

Check-in: The apartments are available from 3.30 pm (or by arrangement)
Check-out: We would ask you to vacate the apartment by 9.00 am on the day of your departure.. -
